Robert Busby, Ph.D. is a career research mathematician and educator. He is a principal of Mathematical Investment Decisions. A lifelong trader of financial markets, he has been a CTA and fund manager; and he is the developer of the analysis software Financial Data Calculator. Dr. Busby was educated at DrexelUniversity and the University of Pennsylvania, and was a full Professor of Mathematics at DrexelUniversity.
William Rafter has managed hedge funds for over 20 years, and has been fully licensed as a securities and financial principal. He is President of Mathematical Investment Decisions, Inc. providers of financial research software since 1985 and developers of Financial Data Calculator. Mr. Rafter was educated at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and the Haas Graduate School of Business Administration of the University of California, Berkeley.
