William Rafter has managed hedge funds for over 20 years, and has been fully licensed as a securities and financial principal.  He is President of Mathematical Investment Decisions, Inc. providers of financial research software since 1985 and developers of Financial Data Calculator.  Mr. Rafter was educated at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania , and the Haas Graduate School of Business Administration of the University of California , Berkeley .
